What you'll love and what you won't
The hotel's garden is a serene spot for meals, and the staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a good experience.
A walk to Thamel is about 15 minutes, which might not suit those wanting immediate access to that area.

Staying at the hotel was pleasant, I would stay here again. Fairly clean and the staff was competent. I truly enjoyed the deluxe room. A shower, a hair dryer, and soft bathrobes were available there. Its location not too far from Durbar Marg Avenue was top. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. It was about 15 km from the airport.

central location, Italian restaurant, modern design
Poor sound insulation!!! Bathroom has inadequate drainage, causing water spills!!! Shower area needs better cleaning and maintenance!!! Kettle placement is inconvenient without adequate outlets!!! Curtains do not block light effectively!!!

Absolutely enjoyed the 'unique' room with no proper cleaning done. I can't believe I had to call for the cleaning crew to pick up their equipment. The service was just as 'good', as the front desk showed zero empathy. Totally thought I would get a little upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, they don't care about their guests at all.

Friendly staff and central location
The team at the front desk was helpful and always cheerful. Their smiles made a difference, even when exploring the bustling streets nearby.
The room had its downsides, including poor insulation that let in street noise. The bathroom was cramped, and I struggled with shower drainage.
